This policy explains how we use information when you search businesses, create an account, submit a listing or enquiry, leave a review, or purchase a Vyapaarik service.

Information we collect and why

• Account and contact information, including your mobile number and verified identity reference, to sign you in, check access and communicate about your requests.
• Business details, categories, brands, products, services, address, hours and rights-confirmed photos or logos, to maintain and publish business listings.
• Enquiry details, selected service and area, contact preferences, supplier choices and feedback, to route and manage your request.
• Ratings and comments, to moderate and display customer reviews. Approved reviews can appear publicly with the display identity shown in the review journey.
• Payment references, amounts, tax breakdowns and optional payment evidence, to reconcile purchases, provide receipts and handle support. Card credentials are entered with the payment provider; do not send them to our team.
• Security and usage information such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to operate the website and prevent abuse. If location suggestion is enabled, an IP lookup may suggest your country or city; you can change it.

Business performance measurement

We measure public listing and catalogue views and contact-action clicks to provide aggregate performance reports to approved business owners and authorized customer-care staff. The existing browser session helps limit repeat counts within a 30-minute window. Measurement records store the business, date, page type, action and a keyed, window-specific session hash; they do not store raw session identifiers, IP addresses, contact details or enquiry text. We do not use these hashes to build a visitor profile across businesses. Counts are estimates of recorded interactions, not proof of a person or phone conversation.

What becomes public

Published listing and market information, approved photos and customer reviews are public and may be indexed by search engines. Private owner contacts, enquiry messages, payment evidence and internal agent notes are not public listing content. Submit only information and images you are authorized to share.

Enquiries and supplier contact

A direct enquiry is shared with the business you choose. Sharing with additional suppliers is a separate choice. Buyer-approved contact release controls which eligible suppliers can obtain your contact details. You can manage sharing or close a request from its private tracker. Closing prevents further access through the platform; it cannot recall information a recipient already received.

Service providers and the ecosystem

EcoSystem provides mobile verification, identity and shared sign-in. Vyapaarik keeps its business records separately from BangalaBazaar and JobChahiye. Shared sign-in does not make your private business or enquiry data public on those websites. A service referral uses its own permission and access checks.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, payment processing, verification, email and security. Depending on enabled features these include Amazon Web Services, Razorpay, Authkey, Cloudflare Turnstile and IPinfo. They receive information needed for their role and operate under their own privacy terms. External business websites have their own policies. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate fraud and protect users.

Cookies and your choices

Session and security cookies support sign-in, preferences, abuse prevention and limiting repeat business-performance counts. Blocking them may prevent these features from working. Operational alerts and optional marketing are separate; this policy does not itself subscribe you to marketing.

Retention, correction and removal

We retain information as needed for the service, security, dispute handling and applicable accounting or legal requirements. You can request access, correction, removal or withdrawal of optional permissions using the contact below. We verify your authority before changing another person's records. Required payment, dispute and audit evidence may need to be retained; public search engines and backups may take time to reflect removal. We do not promise instant or unconditional deletion.

Business owners can request listing corrections or withdrawal through the owner workspace. Buyers can close requests and manage sharing; reviewers can withdraw their reviews. Contact us if you need assistance.

Security and age

We use access controls and security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share a sign-in code. Account and paid-service use is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child's personal information was submitted without appropriate authority.

Updates

We may update these policies and show the revised version here. A later policy does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Contact us if you need the policy applicable to your transaction.
